The Athena Circle will help you trust your instincts, build your confidence, and know you’re not alone with gentle, consistent touchpoints... || What is the Athena Circle? Inspired by Athena, the Greek goddess of wisdom, calm strength, and strategic guidance, The Athena Circle is a weekly support space designed to help you navigate all of the challenges that life might throw at you with your dog. This isn’t a full-on training course or social group, it’s a gentle, consistent touchpoint: - Ask questions about what’s troubling you this week - Get weekly guidance, strategies, or reassurance - Learn through the shared experiences - Feel seen, supported, and strengthened A calm, compassionate mentor in your corner, checking in on how you are doing every week. || How It Works In each given month, you will receive: - A weekly check-in - a private WhatsApp chat to share questions or concerns, receive strategies, or set goals for the week (4 x 20 mins). You choose your level of involvement. Whether you want to ask something every week or simply listen in - we will be here for you. - 2 x Essential In-Person 1:1 Consultation Sessions at a location of your choosing (2 x 1 hour). || Who is The Athena Circle for? - Guardians of reactive or sensitive dogs - People who feel overwhelmed, judged, or isolated - Those looking for gentle structure and expert support - Clients looking ongoing gentle guidance || What You Can Expect - Month 1 - Grounding: A soft reset - helping to baseline and gain an understanding the challenges you and your dog are facing. - Month 2 - Building Confidence: Exploring key mindset shifts, strategies and weekly challenges to help deepen your understanding of your dog and yourself. - Month 3+ - Embedding and Mastering: emotional support, practical growth, a continued deepening of your understanding and embracing long term calm leadership and connected living with your dog.
